Fatima is a dynamic multi-instrumentalist with a passion for inspiring the next generation of musicians. With over a decade of experience in guitar, piano, bass, drums, and ukulele, Fatima brings both versatility and creativity to her lessons. Her musical roots are in indie rock and blues, but she enjoys exploring all genres and encourages her students to do the same.

 

Fatima is a songwriter and performer in her band, Beside Jupiter, which has played at venues across Houston, including BFE Rock Club and Warehouse Live. As much as she loves performing, Fatima finds her greatest joy in teaching. She is dedicated to creating a positive, encouraging learning environment where students feel empowered to express themselves and grow in skill and confidence.

 

Fatima knows firsthand how life-changing a great teacher can be—and now she’s committed to being that mentor for her students. In addition to her work in music, she has studied film for six years and is passionate about audio and visual production.
