Amelie is a prodigious cellist and guitarist, sharpened in Venezuela's esteemed El Sistema program. She was the former first chair of the Porter High School Chamber Orchestra and participated in UIL competitions. Repertoire spans Tchaikovsky to Beethoven. A versatile instructor in cello, piano, guitar, ukulele, and early childhood music, she holds an associate degree from Lone Star College and loves working with students of all ages.
